  • Load

Onto the installation packer the Smart Lock goes. With a marked tag line, the Smart Lock is rolled up the pipe until the correct position is achieved. This can be acheived by the pushing or pulling the packer via ropes or rods.

  • Lock

After confirming the final position, air equipment is used to inflate the trolley bladder to set the Smart Lock securely into the pipe. This simple action is permanent and concludes the install.

  • Leave

You are now free to install additional Smart Lock sleeves or pack up and go onto the next job. With a Smart Lock point rehabilitation sleeve you don't need to stop and wait for any resin curing time. Simply deflate the packer and leave.

A structural repair you can bank on.

The Smart Lock point repair achieves a mechanical fit permanently sealing off voids and breaks, by being installed internally to the pipe surface. This advanced drainage solution not only reinstates the water tightness of the pipe but also the pipe structure.
